Common questions

What It Costs to Get It Sorted

Does the price change once you start?

No. What we agree with you upfront is what lands on the invoice, provided the job matches what we assessed. If something genuinely different turns up once we're inside the wall or under the slab, we stop and requote before going any further.

Do you charge extra for after-hours or weekend calls?

No. What you're charged doesn't change based on the day or the hour. Same-day and after-hours callouts are a normal part of how we work, not a premium add-on.

What does the $65 off your first service cover?

It's taken off the top of whatever your first job costs, whatever that job ends up being. Mention it when you book and it's applied automatically, no separate voucher or code required.

Why isn't the lowest price your main focus?

Because the lowest quote and the best outcome aren't always the same thing. We focus on a fair, fixed price for work that's done properly the first time, backed by a lifetime labour warranty, rather than cutting corners to undercut everyone else.

Common questions

Licensed, Insured and Done Properly

Are your plumbers qualified to work on gas?

Yes. Anything touching a gas line, an appliance connection or a suspected leak goes to our licensed gas fitters specifically, not a general plumber working outside their ticket. It's not an area where a shortcut is ever worth the risk.

Who is responsible for a blocked sewer, me or Sydney Water?

It depends where the blockage sits. Everything from your house to your property boundary is your responsibility. Once the line crosses into the street and joins the main, that section belongs to Sydney Water. We check which side a blockage is on before quoting, so you're never charged for work that isn't actually yours to pay for.

Can you check my licence number?

Yes, our licence is #465156C and it's publicly searchable at verify.licence.nsw.gov.au. We'd rather you check for yourself than just take our word for it.

What is your lifetime labour warranty?

If the labour we performed on your job fails again, we return and correct it ourselves. It applies to our own workmanship specifically, with no separate cut-off date buried in the fine print.

Common questions

How Fast We Get to You

What happens after I call?

A real person answers, talks through what's going on, and works out timing with you. From there a licensed plumber is sent out, assesses the problem on site, and gives you a fixed price before touching anything.

Are you really available 24/7?

Yes. Day or night, weekends and public holidays included, our on-call team answers directly rather than sending you to voicemail until morning.

How do I book?

Call (02) 9139 9972 for the fastest response, or use the contact form if you'd rather we call you back. Either way, we'll confirm the details and get a plumber moving.

How fast can you get here?

Same day where we possibly can, and genuine emergencies, a burst pipe, no hot water, a suspected gas leak, get priority over routine bookings. We won't promise an exact arrival time, but we will tell you honestly what to expect.

Common questions

Working In and Around Box Hill

What suburbs do you service around Box Hill?

Our coverage takes in Box Hill plus the wider Blacktown patch: Rouse Hill, The Ponds, Riverstone, Beaumont Hills and Kellyville. If you're near one of these and unsure, just ask when you call.

Why do Box Hill's older homes get plumbing emergencies?

A handful of rural-residential properties on the suburb's edges predate the 2013 rezone that turned Box Hill into a growth-area suburb. Their original hot water units and fittings are well past the age where failure without warning becomes likely. It's a small share of the suburb, but it's where we see the genuinely aged-related callouts rather than the newer installation issues.

Do you take on local new builds and renovation work?

Yes. New-build issues, builder-grade fittings, flexi hose connections, pressure quirks, are actually more common across Box Hill than old-age wear, given how recently most of the suburb went up. We handle both without treating one as more routine than the other.

How local are you, really?

This suburb is our home turf, not somewhere we visit occasionally, so we're genuinely on these streets on a regular basis. The sporting fields at Water Lane Reserve and the shops at Carmel Village are places our team knows from repeat jobs, not a map search.
